Pumping equipment
The oil, petrochemical and gas industries require certified pumping equipment that meets international standards.
The API 610 standard corresponds to the international standard ISO 13709. This standard sets out the requirements for pumping equipment and its performance. The main application area of these pumps is oil and gas processing, the chemical industry and oil production facilities.
The advantage of API 610 pumps is that the maximum service life is not less than 20 years with 3 years between overhauls. The pump casing can withstand heavy loads at temperatures of at least 150 degrees and at pressures up to 600 bar, while the density of the pumped liquids can be very high.
The API 610 standard can be applied to cantilever, vertical, double-support, semi-submersible, single or multi-stage and barrel pumps. Cast iron, chromium steel, carbon steel, stainless steel and various alloys are used as casing and flow part material to meet any tasks and customer requirements.
Types of API 610 pumps:
Single-stage cantilever pump, type OH-2
A single-stage cantilever pump with a radially split casing is designed for transportation of industrial water,
hydrocarbons, chemical products and technological products of various applications at refineries,
chemical and petrochemical industries.
